On Tuesday, August 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Stone Bank will host a blood drive at its Mountain View facility. Donations will be taken at the bank located at 802 E. Main St. by the Arkansas Blood Institute’s mobile unit.

The goal of the blood drive is to deliver the necessary blood to the local healthcare practitioners. In addition to a ticket for free admission to Magic Springs, participants will receive a Retro Summer Camp T-shirt.

There are weight and age restrictions for potential donors. 16-year-old donors must be at least 125 pounds in weight and have their parents’ signed consent. 17-year-olds must weigh 125 pounds or more. A minimum weight of 110 pounds is required for adults aged 18 and over.
