The City of Ruston declared that the speed limit on E. Kentucky Avenue between Highway 33 and Briarhill Drive would be lowered to 25 miles per hour as of Monday, June 23 at 6:00 a.m.
As more lanes are built along that section of road during construction, this will continue.
