Mommy JoAnn On August 12, 2025, Jo Bryant, 65, of Smithville, passed away. She was born to Lonnie Dickerson and Linda Mae (Stone) in Murphysboro, Illinois, on February 8, 1960. Donald Misselhorn adopted her after her mother reared her. She belonged to Soul’s Harbor Church and was a homemaker. She loved being on the water, fishing, spending time with her family, and raising her children.
Her parents, one brother, Michael Misselhorn, her grandparents, and husband, Donald Bryant Sr., all passed away before her.
Among the survivors are four daughters, Melissa (Shane) Williams, Darlene Bryant, Christina Bryant, and April Bryant; one brother, Lonnie Dickerson; seven sons, David (Kim) Crow, Steven (Jessica) Crow, Jeffery Bryant, Cody Bryant, Daniel Jones, Tim (Sam) Bryant, and Donald Bryant Jr.; as well as a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The Celebration of Life will take place later.
