Immigration enforcement spotted in downtown Little Rock, per social media report

A video of Customs and Border Protection trucks outside the downtown Little Rock Marriott was shared early Monday morning by Migra Watch Central Arkansas, an organization that focuses on covering immigration and customs enforcement action.

At least three Customs and Border Protection cars can be seen outside the hotel’s main gate on Sunday night, according to the Instagram post. The cars were spotted Monday morning on the interstate on their way to Memphis, according to an update to the same post.

According to the group, it seems that the collection of cars only spent one night in the downtown area.

On Monday afternoon, two of our reporters braved the intense summer heat by strolling around the Marriott’s grounds to see whether any cars were in the neighborhood. We entered the subterranean parking deck and looked from the fifth story to the first floor, but we couldn’t find anything.

However, be sure to download the ICEBlock app and follow Migra Watch to be updated on ICE action in the Little Rock region.
