Arkansas National Guard heads south to help Texas flood recovery

Tuesday saw the departure of a line of Blackhawk helicopters from Camp Robinson in North Little Rock, signaling the start of a National Guard mission to assist with rescue and recovery work following the fatal floods that occurred over the weekend.

All twenty-two of the soldiers sent to Texas are pilots, crew chiefs, and maintenance specialists who will transport search and rescue personnel.
